Customer Service Representative M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm What You’ll Do R ecei ves telephone inquiries from retailers regarding order status, adjustments, stock on hand, etc. Re trieve s retailer information, stock status information, status of purchase orders, make changes to purchase orders, etc. F ollow s up on inquiries by checking computer programs for delivery information. W ork s closely with shipping and traffic departments regarding delivery status. C heck s with credit department concerning credit status of retaile rs upon receipt of rush orders. M aintain s files of active orders and post activity such as change notices, scheduling changes, partial shipments and credit adjustments. P repare s paperwork for accounting department for credits and debits. R eviews all Returned Goods Forms for correct reason codes to determine correct inventory adjustments and credits are issued.
