This position involves receiving and processing telephone orders, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, preparing products, and cleaning equipment and the facility as requested. The role requires the ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person, basic math skills for accurately giving change, and an outgoing personality to interact with phone-in and carryout customers in a friendly and professional manner. The ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor is also required. Most tasks are performed from a standing position, and employees must be able to stand for long periods as no chairs are provided.
