Our Customer Service Position is an entry level position with many opportunities for advancement. Training and orientation are provided on the job. All CSR positions are paid hourly at a minimum of $15.95 and a maximum of $15.95. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available to employees who have worked at least a year and who average at least 32 hours per week. The company abides by OR State requirements for sick pay. Scheduled hours are based on employee availability and store needs. All positions are part-time unless otherwise stated, with opportunities to work into full-time if store hours accommodate and the employee completes training, is reliable, and communicates full-time needs with the manager. Many team members have advanced from delivery drivers to successful Domino's franchise owners, with career paths from assistant manager to general manager, franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations.
