About The Position

We are looking for temp to help our Customer Service Team for at least eight weeks while an employee is on temporary leave of absence. Full-Time, M-F 8:30am to 5pm. In-Office, Commerce, CA 90040.

  • Strong customer service background – Fast paced environment
  • Friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience with customer support in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to manage complex customer inquiries and escalations
