BakeMark is a manufacturer and distributor with 27 branches conveniently-located across the U.S. Summary: Under direct supervision, process all incoming orders from Sales force, customers, and BAKEMARK affiliates as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education and/or one to three months experience.
  • Knowledge of Spreadsheet software, Word Processing software, and 10 key.

Responsibilities

  • Download PSP orders into NDS system after review.
  • Enter orders into NDS or PSP system.
  • Reviews and corrects Order File Status Report.
  • Transfers order file for routing.
  • Notify customers or sales reps. of customer item “outs”.
  • Ensures COAs, and Spec Sheets are provided to customers as necessary
  • Daily invoicing of credit memos.
  • Credit and Collections Answers telephone and direct calls to appropriate person.
  • Support Will-Call and sales team when needed.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
