Responsibilities include collecting cash and credit card payments, promoting pizza products and specials, and providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers over the phone and in person. The role involves cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout. The successful candidate will need to check products for accuracy against quality standards, exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phones or helping carryout customers, and speak and write clearly and accurately. Comprehension of using a computer-based order entry system is essential, and the role requires contributing to and promoting an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
