About The Position

This position is responsible for facilitating customer orders. This job requires excellent people skills. You must respond in a friendly and accommodating manner to customer’s daily challenges and questions via telephone and email. This person must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will require specific knowledge of customers’ order guides and practices.

Requirements

• Data Entry and Computer Skills Required
• High School Diploma of G.E.D.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Food service experience and food product knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers, sales reps, buyers and management
• Covers National Account Representative vacations and sick leave
• Takes customer orders via telephone
• Enters customer information using SAP
• Communicates delivery status to customers
