About The Position

Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill a Customer Service Representative at our Jefferson DC. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and highly organized. If you are dedicated to getting your job done on time and according to plan, we want you to apply! Requirements

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven time management skills; work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
Computer experience in Microsoft Excel is desired
Knowledge of SAP WMS preferred
High Attention to detail
Strong independent worker
Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A minimum of (2) years of distribution experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving processes, procedures and systems

Responsibilities

Generate, distribute and track daily operational reports to support the Operations team.
Communicate with key Customer Service Managers & Supervisors to resolve transportation and shipment issues, while maintaining daily communication with customer service teams to address order-related inquiries.
Support the maintenance of a safe and secure shipping office environment for both associates and visitors.
Ensure the shipping office remains a clean, organized, and safe workspace for all team members.
Manage open order tracking, repick workflows, and expedited order reporting to support timely and accurate fulfillment.
Additional duties as assigned.
