About The Position

Customer Service Representatives play a critical role in the success of our business as the first line of contact to our customers. The target is to ensure customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • 2 Years of Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Answers phone calls
  • Maintains branch order email inbox
  • Provides product knowledge
  • Builds sales, enters orders
  • Ensures orders are filled for pick up or scheduled for delivery and payments received if required.
  • Looks up inventory
  • Quotes customers
  • Provides support to Branch Staff.
  • Communicates with the sales team and management of selling trends and customer satisfaction.
  • Provides support to customers and sales team.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
