As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will provide a fun, happy, and exciting environment for customers while taking orders, uphold a rock-solid brand image, ensure stores are clean and sanitized, make perfect products, learn organizational and inventory skills, provide amazing customer service, execute time management and multi-tasking skills, use advanced technology, and demonstrate ownership in resolving problems. This role offers flexible hours, product discounts, opportunities for growth within the company (potentially leading to store ownership), team building, problem-solving skill development, and community involvement.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older (with a work permit in some areas).
• Possess a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and basic math skills to count change.
• Be outgoing, have a positive, upbeat attitude with strong communication and verbal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
