CSDS is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. Our future CSR will play an important role in our business strategy. They support our customers by answering their questions and providing advice about our product offerings. Our CSR also will support our sales team with on-boarding new customers. We encourage those who enjoy a fast-paced, customer facing environment to apply for this role. In this role, you will... -Provide a consistent customer experience for our clients. -Provide exceptional customer care via telephone and emails. -Handle customer issues from start to finish and provide solutions to problems efficiently and effectively. -Provide advice to customers on our product lines; equipment; applications etc. -Problem solve to offer customers better or alternative products where applicable or necessary. -Showcase and promote equipment or consumables to customers for new product launches or promotions. -Process orders; primarily by telephone, email or E-commerce, but also for walk-in customers -Work closely with our outside sales team to create and maintain excellent customer service relations -General branch administration, data entry, and other duties as assigned or required
