Requirements

  • Retail and/or Customer Service experience required
  • Effective communication skills
  • Comfortable using various software tools for managing customer inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-centric mindset

  • Bank and/or financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging directly with members to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Taking inbound calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless banking experience.
  • Assisting members with account management, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan inquiries, while offering tailored financial solutions based on their needs.
  • Navigating our internal systems for accurate data entry and record maintenance, all while adhering to quality standards and compliance regulations.
  • Identifying opportunities to educate members about our products and services, fostering a deep understanding of their financial options.
