About The Position

Safety-Kleen in Easton, IL is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible to support the technical services general manager(s), the service center(s), account managers, and technical service specialists in servicing accounts, including ensuring the accuracy, tracking, and processing of all technical, billing, and administrative information, setting up new customers and ensuring the accuracy of customer information in company systems, creating the paperwork for scheduled jobs, and assuring the proper extension of credit to customers in concert with financial and collection personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Support the technical services general manager(s)
  • Support the service center(s)
  • Support account managers
  • Support technical service specialists in servicing accounts
  • Ensuring the accuracy, tracking, and processing of all technical, billing, and administrative information
  • Setting up new customers and ensuring the accuracy of customer information in company systems
  • Creating the paperwork for scheduled jobs
  • Assuring the proper extension of credit to customers in concert with financial and collection personnel
