Requirements

  • The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgements and decisions.
  • Ability to stand for all tasks.
  • Ability to walk for short distances for short durations.
  • Ability to lift bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds from floor and stack onto shelves up to 72" high.
  • Ability to carry large cans (3 pounds, 7 ounces), pizza sauce (30 pounds), and trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds per tray, three at a time).
  • Ability to push trays on dollies requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds.
  • Ability to infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
  • Ability to stoop/bend forward at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
  • Ability to crouch/squat occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
  • Ability to reach continuously (up, down, and forward), including above 72" occasionally and down for tasks like scooping cornmeal or washing dishes.
  • Eye-hand coordination and continuous use of one or both hands, including frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough, manipulating a pizza peel, using a rolling cutter, frequent/forceful pinching for cardboard pizza box assembly, and grasping cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
