About The Position

A Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for creating a fun, happy, and exciting environment for customers while taking orders. This role is crucial as the CSR is often the first and sometimes the only impression customers have of Domino's. CSRs are expected to uphold and represent the brand image, ensure the perfect product is made, and multitask in a competitive, fun, and fast-paced work environment. The company emphasizes internal advancement, with many team members starting as CSRs and progressing to management, General Manager, Manager Corporate Operations, or even becoming Domino's franchise owners.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years or older
  • To enter into management you must be 18 years or older
