Customer Service Rep is the liaison between Customer and the company. They provide support to our warehouse and third-party logistics operation.
Requirements
- Warehousing background with knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory process
- Ability to multi-task and work with interruptions
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team environment
- Effective communicator
- Detail Oriented
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
