FROST VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS, LLC Customer Service Representative JOB DESCRIPTION General Summary: Provides customer service support to Fortune 500 Company’s by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained Frost Virtual Solutions, LLC enables you to: Provide contact center services from home and generate revenue and Service some of the largest companies in the world

  • Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organization’s internal
  • Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
  • Ensures and provides quality service to external customers.
  • Accesses the company’s internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must Reside in the United States (Not Hiring in Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, or Oregon.)
  • Must be a US Citizen or legal resident
  • Must be willing to service a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • COMPUTER HARDWARE: A desktop/tower computer with a separate monitor is recommended.
  • 1.6 GHz Dual-core CPU (processor) or greater
  • 4 Gigabytes of RAM or greater
  • 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution
  • 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p) is recommended.
