About The Position

This position requires upholding Domino's standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance. Responsibilities include handling cash and credit card payments, promoting pizza products and specials, and undergoing cross-training in product preparation, ingredient handling, opening and closing procedures, operating a pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout. The role also involves checking products for quality and accuracy, demonstrating urgency when assisting customers via phone or in person, providing excellent customer service, communicating clearly and accurately, and utilizing a computer-based order entry system. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.

• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phones or helping carryout customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person.
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
