About The Position

At Caring Senior Service, we help seniors remain healthy, happy, and at home. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for families seeking care and support. This role goes beyond answering phones. You will provide professional, compassionate assistance while helping connect families to the right resources. If you are organized, responsive, and motivated by helping others, this is an opportunity to make a real impact. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where responsiveness and attention to detail matter.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), bi-lingual a plus
  • Dependable transportation
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday within 7AM–7PM CST availability

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service, call center, administrative, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Respond to leads and inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
  • Schedule consultations and interviews
  • Accurately enter and document information in required systems
  • Communicate important updates to branch teams
  • Conduct follow-up calls and messages to ensure excellent service
  • Maintain productivity and documentation standards
