About The Position

Sprout is a global IT hardware retirement provider for hyperscaler and enterprise clients. Requirements

  • Ability to type 60+ WPM
  • Excellent grammar
  • Research skills
  • Knowledge of our products (we will train the right person)
  • Will report directly to the lead

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions on all ecommerce sites to include ebay, amazon, backmarket, and shopify in both our CA and NC locations (Job will be in CA warehouse).
  • Handle all physical returns to check for quality/accuracy and refund as needed
  • Sending/combining daily invoices
  • Approving cancellations and working with shipping team to make sure they are not shipped before approving
  • If time permits, handle other special projects from the lead
