About The Position

Job Duties Take the customers order in a positive manner, answering any questions they might have. Use suggestive selling techniques with every call. Answer the phone on the first ring and avoid putting customers on hold. Complete the order in a timely manner making sure the order is neat and accurate. Must keep the phone and customer area clean at all times. Repeat every order back to the customer and make them aware of the approximate time of delivery. Say thank you to every customer, and tell the time of the order. Handle all carry-out customers with the same customer service. Assist in making pizzas whenever possible, keep the makeline and soda coolers stocked and supplies available to help complete production. Take payments from the carry-out customers if requested to do so by the manager in charge. Maintain the image standards set forth by the company. Assist the safe delivery specialist in any way possible in the cleanliness and maintenance of the store. May be asked to assist in folding boxes, and box topping boxes. EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND MATERIALS UTILIZED: FOOD PREPARATION EQUIPMENT, CLEANING EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES, BOXES AND PHONES. WORK ENVIRONMENT: INDOORS - HEAT FROM COOKING PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lifting: Occasional Weight: Most under 5 lbs. Occasionally up to 35 lbs.
