About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are often the first person to welcome and interface with Domino’s customers. Enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, and punctuality are essential for success in this role. You are required to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Dynamic image standards, as you are the face of the brand.

  • 16 years of age and older.
  • Must Pass a Background check.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Depth perception.
  • Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
  • Eye-hand coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and interface with Domino’s customers.
  • Take orders with a smile.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain all store facility and equipment.
  • Take inventory.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in or reach-in cooler.
  • Complete associated paperwork.
  • Prepare product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
  • Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
  • Direct activities.
  • Perform repetitive tasks.
  • Work alone and with others.
  • Work under stress.
  • Meet strict quality control standards.
  • Coordinate with coworkers and customers.
  • Analyze and compile data.
  • Make sound ethical judgments in a timely manner.
