Under general supervision, The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting and providing a high level of customer service for all Domestic dealer accounts, including national and key accounts. This role works closely with sales representatives, customers, and end consumers to ensure timely processing of purchase orders, return authorizations, and credits. The Customer Service Representative will also collaborate closely with the supply chain team to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely manner. This position requires splitting work hours between multiple locations (Westfield, MA & Suffield, CT), with location schedules determined by business demands.
