Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and professional
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Math skills for print set-up and pricing calculations
• Proactive and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide information about our services
• Educate customers on our printing services and provide guidance on their printing needs
• Assist customers with setting up their print orders
• Calculate and provide pricing for custom print jobs
• Provide exceptional customer service to both in-person and phone inquiries
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete end-of-day and monthly closing tasks
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management for re-ordering supplies
• Serve as a back-up for production in the bindery and with local deliveries
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management
