The Customer Service Representative's (CSR) purpose is to answer phones and assist patients with questions or concerns with their accounts, explain charges and answer other related inquiries from patients. This position is responsible for the individual day end deposit as well being responsible for the reconciliation piece of the other individual day end deposits as well as lunches and breaks. The CSR refers patients and/or families to other departments for information or assistance and processes reoccurring self-pay accounts monthly. This position has the ability to bill and/or re-bill claims to insurance companies as well as follow up with insurance companies.
