About The Position

The Customer Service Representative-Lab responds to Lab Customer Service Call Center inquiries from patients, medical personnel, Reference Laboratories and Outreach accounts. This individual triages calls to appropriate personnel when needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency with written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience working with databases.

Nice To Haves

• Successful completion of a post-secondary medical terminology course.
• One year experience with Customer Service.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing problem solving techniques.
