The Customer Service Representative II position is an integral part of our Customer Service department, led by Lori Larson. This position can expect to Interact with customers via telephone, email, online, or in person to provide support and information on products or services, Coordinate special orders, including routing, and Review customer orders, looking for anomalies, then notify sales or management in any given week. We are looking for motivated applicants who are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) and has the ability to stay calm under pressure. A standard 40 hour workweek with daytime house (1 weekend day may be required). Full-time employees in this position are eligible for the benefits described below.
