About The Position
DEFINITION: The CSR II (PT) is responsible for welcoming visitors, vendors and patients into the McBride Physical Therapy Department in a friendly, professional manner. CSR II is responsible for ensuring all monies collected, and return visits are scheduled in a friendly and professional manner. CSR II provides clerical support and serves as a liaison between the patient, medical support staff and the Physician.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one year clerical and/or front desk experience, preferably in a medical setting.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents and policy/procedure manuals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out job responsibilities.
- Must be able to multi-task and possess the ability to deal with problems and stressful situations in a professional manner.
- Must have the ability to perform mathematical computations and make change from all denominations of money.
- Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and other database systems.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of related medical office experience or customer service experience.
