About The Position

Assist with wide variety of customer services, including opening and maintaining deposit and savings accounts, safe deposit boxes and e-banking products. Proficient operation of a deposit platform system, which includes preparation of documents for opening and maintenance of accounts. Working knowledge of deposit documentation and account ownership. Assist customer with debit card maintenance requests, which includes but not limited to card reorders or closure of lost or stolen debit cards. Process wire transfers for customers. Prepare and process all documents required for the transaction. Handle ordering of checks for customer. Provide a high level of customer service; and ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures. Promote business for the Bank by delivering excellent customer service and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. May act as receptionist, switchboard operator and perform other branch clerical duties. Perform other duties as assigned. Southeastern Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements
