Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or some college coursework preferred.
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries.
  • Friendly and positive attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and resolving concerns.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level customer service or management teams.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as necessary, following company policies.
  • Promote and upsell company products or services as appropriate.
  • Communicate and collaborate with external and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve challenges efficiently
  • External: Marketplaces, warehouses, suppliers, carriers
  • Internal: team members from various departments within the company
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Provide timely updates on shipment status and metrics
  • Stay informed about Marketplace requirement changes and update processes accordingly
  • Monitor fulfillment costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Ensure shopping labels are accurate and printed in a timely manner
  • Arrange transportation and coordinator shipments with carriers to ensure timely delivery
