About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Rep/Expediter to join our team at our 956 Cherry St location in Louisville, United States. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing and expediting orders to ensure timely delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correctly entered into our system Coordinate with teams to expedite orders and manage delivery timelines Track orders and provide real-time updates to customers on order status Collaborate with customers to resolve any order discrepancies or delays Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company's database Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers when appropriate Assist in making all delicious products we sell. Assist in keeping our stores clean

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in expediting is a bonus
  • At least 16 years of age or older
