About The Position

The Customer Support Sales Representative (CSSR) at Doggett Toyota Lift of South Texas is a pivotal role focused on promoting the sales of service, parts, and whole-good attachments to enhance customer solutions and build long-term relationships within the assigned territory. The CSSR is tasked with maximizing company profitability and assisting in market share growth by ensuring that "Uptime is Everything" for customers. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and customer service skills to effectively support and engage with clients. In this role, the CSSR will be responsible for selling machine maintenance and repair services, parts, hoses, oils, extended warranties, and preventative maintenance agreements. The representative will maintain a comprehensive understanding of Doggett Machinery products and services, providing technical assistance as needed. Utilizing the Customer Relation Management tool (HANDLE), the CSSR will document, track, and follow up on all sales activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience. The CSSR will prepare written quotes and estimates for customers, coordinate service calls with the Service Department, and promote various parts and service sales initiatives. Additionally, the representative will complete necessary certifications and training, maintain accurate customer information, and assist in the collection of accounts receivable. The role also involves collaboration with the Sales Department for machine deliveries and inspections, as well as promoting the use of the Doggett My Dealer Portal to customers. Safety is paramount, and the CSSR must adhere to all safety rules and regulations while performing their duties.
