YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - CSR As a full-time Customer Service Rep - CSR, you'll work an 8-hour schedule every Monday - Friday. Your typical day will involve responding to customer inquiries with professionalism, scheduling technicians based on customer issues and geographic efficiencies, entering customer data, and making outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and leave with a positive experience.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service or dispatching experience
  • 2 years of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience
  • Ability to type 50-60 WPM
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using ServiceTitan software is preferred but not required.
  • Having a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
  • Being bilingual is also a bonus!
