About The Position
AJ PERRI, in partnership with American Residential Services, is the largest provider of residential home services in the US, employing more than 7000 professionals across the country. ARS has been serving its customers with HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical solutions for over 45 years since its establishment in 1975. This friendly professional will answer customer calls within a busy call-center environment, schedule customer service appointments, and enter data into a computer system. Responding in a timely fashion to customer queries, this individual will take care of our customers' needs by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements.
