About The Position

  • CPR/AED/First Aid certified (or obtain within 30 days of employment).

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet citizens and members of the public, ensuring smooth operation of the front desk area.
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to customers.
  • Perform computerized registration, correspondence, public relations, record keeping, and reports.
  • Answer telephones, provide information, and conduct facility tours.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with programming, special events, and rentals.
  • Promote facilities, programs, and services during interactions with members and guests.
  • Resolve customer questions and complaints.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer at each shift.
  • Operate standard office equipment.
