About The Position

As a customer service representative at Domino's, your primary responsibility will be to answer phone calls promptly after the Caller ID is activated. You will greet customers as they enter the store with a warm welcome, treating them as if they were guests in your own home. This process of greeting and assisting customers should be repeated consistently with every customer, every time, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
