About The Position

As a customer service representative at Domino's, your primary responsibility will be to answer the phone promptly after the Caller ID is activated. You will greet customers immediately as they enter the store with a warm welcome, treating them as if they were guests in your home. This process of greeting and assisting customers will be repeated with every customer, every time, ensuring a consistent and friendly experience.
