About The Position

Under the direction of the department Supervisor/Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking incoming calls from customers and coordinating customer needs with the production team for on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Good computer skills and working knowledge of MS software (Outlook, Word & Excel).
  • Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with team members at all levels within the organization.
  • Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Aerospace industry, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service when on the phone and answering any general questions for our customers.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and establishing a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Responsible for providing and following up on status updates and lead time concerns.
  • Responsible for updating order information in our custom computer program during and after each call.
  • Works closely with the production team and stays up to date with order schedules or any changes.
  • Adhere to safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
