About The Position

The Customer Service Representative position involves various duties related to customer service and food preparation. Team members will operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, process telephone orders, take inventory, and maintain cleanliness of equipment. The role requires effective communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers, both verbally and in writing. Training will be provided on the job, and employees will be expected to work in varying conditions, including exposure to different temperatures and weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.
