About The Position

The CSR - Insider position at Domino's Pizza involves working in-store as part of the Store Operations team. This role is classified as Non-Exempt and reports to the General Manager, with a secondary report to the Regional Operations Manager. The position does not have any direct or indirect reports. The in-store environment is dynamic, with a focus on customer service and pizza making. Employees are encouraged to develop their skills and advance their careers within the company, with many starting as CSRs or Pizza Makers and moving up to management or franchise ownership.

Requirements

• An exceptional and positive attitude
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-Team Members to process orders both over the phone and in person
• Talking and hearing on telephone
• Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
• Depth perception
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
