The position involves upholding Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance while promoting pizza products, specials, and promotions. Employees will receive cross-training for various tasks including preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout. A sense of urgency is required when answering store phone lines or assisting carryout customers. Quality customer service must be provided to both internal and external customers, both over the phone and in person. Clear communication skills, both spoken and written, are necessary, along with the ability to use a computer-based order entry system.
