The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino’s Pizza. Employees are expected to maintain a polite and courteous demeanor while assisting customers, whether on the phone or in person. Knowledge of the menu is essential to provide helpful service. Employees must adhere to the company's image standards and demonstrate customer service excellence through specific steps. Pizza makers have specific responsibilities regarding ingredient counts and food safety, while drivers have strict guidelines for handling cash and maintaining their vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone or assist carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the menu.
  • Maintain a perfect image according to company standards.
  • Follow customer WOW steps: Apologize, Give them what they want, Give them something extra.
  • Count pepperoni and ham on every order daily, regardless of topping amount.
  • Ensure pizzas are not cleared before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
  • Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery.
  • Say 'Let me get your change' on every order without exception.
  • Carry no more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
  • Avoid carrying any weapons while working.
  • Keep driver vehicles neat, clean, and in a positive image.
  • Do not route early or check in early from delivery.
  • Wash hands prior to making products.
  • Follow proper procedures for product preparation.
  • Complete Safe Delivery CBT.
  • Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm name and address.
