About The Position

The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino’s Pizza. Employees are expected to assist customers in a polite and courteous manner while being knowledgeable of the menu. They must maintain a perfect image according to standards and demonstrate customer WOW steps, which include apologizing, giving customers what they want, and providing something extra. Pizza makers have specific responsibilities, such as counting pepperoni and ham on every order and ensuring proper procedures are followed. Drivers have additional requirements regarding change, vehicle cleanliness, and delivery protocols.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone or assist carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner.
• Maintain a perfect image according to company standards.
• Demonstrate customer WOW steps: apologize, give them what they want, and provide something extra.
• Count pepperoni and ham on every order every day.
• Ensure pizzas are not cleared before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
• Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery.
• Say 'Let me get your change' on every order.
• Carry no more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
• Ensure no pocket knives or weapons are present while working.
• Keep driver vehicles neat and clean.
• Do not check in early from delivery.
• Wash hands prior to making products.
• Follow proper procedures for products.
• Complete Safe Delivery CBT.
• Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm name and address.
