About The Position

The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino’s Pizza. Employees are expected to maintain a polite and courteous demeanor while assisting customers, whether on the phone or in person. Knowledge of the menu is essential to provide helpful service. Employees must adhere to the company's image standards and demonstrate customer service excellence through specific steps. Pizza makers have specific responsibilities regarding ingredient counts and food safety, while drivers have guidelines for handling cash and maintaining their vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone or assist carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the menu.
  • Maintain a perfect image according to company standards.
  • Follow customer WOW steps: Apologize, give them what they want, and give them something extra.
  • Count pepperoni and ham on every order every day, regardless of topping amount.
  • Do not clear pizzas before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
  • Drivers must carry $1 in coin change on every delivery.
  • Drivers must say 'Let me get your change' on every order.
  • Do not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
  • No pocket knives or weapons allowed while working.
  • Ensure driver vehicles are neat, clean, and present a positive image.
  • Do not be routed early or checked in early from delivery.
  • Wash hands prior to making products.
  • Only proper procedures for products are allowed.
  • Complete Safe Delivery CBT.
  • Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm name and address.
