As a CSR at Dominos Pizza, you will be responsible for taking customer orders on the phone or over the counter and upselling. You will also deal with customer concerns, greet walk-in customers, and welcome them to the store. Cash handling is a key part of the role, along with keeping the customer area clean. Additionally, you will be making Dominos Quality pizzas and ensuring food and portion controls, hygiene and food safety, and performing general cleaning duties.
