About The Position

The following general description applies to all hourly store team members. The position is for a Customer Service Representative, where the employee will operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, prepare all products, and use proprietary technology. Responsibilities include receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing associated paperwork, cleaning equipment and the facility, and providing on-the-job training for new products. Good communication skills are essential for processing orders both over the phone and in person.

Requirements

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
