As a CSR, you will be responsible for taking customer orders on the phone or over the counter and upselling. You will deal with customer concerns, greet walk-in customers, and welcome them to Dominos Pizza. Additionally, you will handle cash, keep the customer area clean, and make Dominos Quality pizzas. You will also be responsible for food and portion controls, hygiene and food safety, and general cleaning duties.
