As a CSR, you will be responsible for taking customer orders on the phone or over the counter and upselling. You will deal with customer concerns, greet walk-in customers, and welcome them to Dominos Pizza. Cash handling is also a key part of your role, along with keeping the customer area clean. Additionally, you will be making Dominos Quality pizzas and ensuring food and portion controls, hygiene and food safety, and performing general cleaning duties.
