About The Position

The position involves various general job duties for all store team members, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning the facility. Customer Service Representative (CSR) responsibilities include taking customer orders, upselling, addressing customer concerns, greeting customers promptly, handling cash, maintaining cleanliness in the customer area, and ensuring food hygiene and safety.

  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility daily.
  • Take customer orders and upsell.
  • Deal with customer concerns.
  • Greet customers within 10 seconds.
  • Handle cash.
  • Keep the customer area clean.
  • Make high quality pizzas.
  • Control food portions.
  • Ensure hygiene and food safety.
  • Perform food preparation.
  • Carry out general cleaning duties.
