About The Position

We are searching for qualified customer service representatives who possess a pleasant personality and strong people skills. The ideal candidate will be someone who is pleasant on the phone, preferably bilingual, can upsell products, and works quickly and efficiently. This position requires the ability to operate all necessary equipment and manage various tasks related to customer service and product preparation.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Training in communication and computer skills
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders in Spanish and English
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily
